Hello! I recently graduated from nursing school at a local community college at the beginning of December 2016. I was scheduled to take my NCLEX-RN on January 10, 2017 at 0800. I could not afford the Hurst or Kaplan reviews, so I decided I would purchase the online review for NCSBN. I purchased the 3 week course, and I studied it as close to the test layout as possible. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and life in general, I was not able to complete the course in its entirety. I enjoyed the layout of the review because it doesn't make you feel like you are reading a book for hours; the information provided is almost like quick notes from a larger book. This allows you to get what you really need to know instead of all the fluff. Questions I used for review mimicked scenarios I had on my NCLEX. I also supplemented the review with the NCLEX Mastery App and the Saunder's Online Access through Evolve. My computer shut off at 85, and within 24 hours I was able to look on Pearson Vue to see that I had passed.
