Very Disappointed.

I signed up for 8 week review since May 1 and at first I had problem not being able to start with it right away as it really just did not go to the page where I have to start with my lessons, it just say "loading" for very long.  But finally able to fix it with the help of my husband because that time I wanted to start right away as I have problem with study schedule and baby sitting our daughter.  Now I just finished lesson 4 and while answering the "drag and drop" choices did not work.  I could not drag the choices to arrange it.  So I had no choice but to submit it even though I failed to arrange it.  And then I just proceeded to the next question and thinking I could still retake it.  When I clicked "retake" it says "Do you really want to erase all module progress?".  How does it happen? What is wrong.  Am so upset because I am trying to squeeze in time for studying even though it is tough because I need to study everyday.  I hope this can be fixed.  Pleaseee.

  • When you click Retake it resets the entire module so that you can go back over the material or just jump right to the posttest and retake it.  So that's what that pop-up is asking you, if you are sure you want to erase your progress and try again.
