Re-enrolling for a course.

My course subscription time ran out before I completed my test. I am trying to re-enroll on the webs site, but I am receiving the following error on the payment page: A processing error has occurred. Please click Back to try again. Contact your administrator if the error persists. Error Code:(RC12_A92952)

Why is this happening, and what do I do now?
