I haven't been able to register my access code
because I kept getting the message "-3 Required Information Missing: LastName."
How can I get this fixed?

Try logging in again. I just had to re-save your user account. I'm not sure what happened. It may just have been a blip but can you tell me what internet browser (including version) you are using? Thanks
