The power of passing the NCLEX - and beyond!

Thank God! Philippians 4:13

  • I am so thankful that I took and passed the NCLEX-RN on the first try in exactly one hour!

My MAIN source of study material was the NCSBN online course.  I also used the Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment book by LaCharity. Lastly I used Saunders NCLEX-RN review.

I found the questions on the NCSBN website to be HIGH-LEVEL!  I used the pre-test to prioritize my study plan and it worked like intended.  I used Saunders to focus on SATA.

To pass the exam you certainly need to know the content and how to decipher the questions and PRIORITIZE.

Before starting the exam I Prayed that God would help me to prove to be a SAFE nurse and that God would grant me CLARITY and RECALL.  GOD IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD!

My school incorporated ATI in our curriculum for which we were charged each course and then they charge $375 for a 3-day live review---that was based on the out-dated 2010 Test Plan!  I did not find ATI useful at all in my second year of school and I found the cost absurd after all the money I was charged along the way.

I subscribed to NCSBN's 8-week course for $100 and it was worth every penny.

I am so THANKFUL for NCSBN and I am so THANKFUL that I have achieved my dream. ;-)

    God Bless

  • I am contemplating on buying this courses and your posts are really encouraging especially the fact that the content is 2013 based. Congrats on your success!
