I am also having problems with question loading since this past weekend.
Congratulations RN!
what are the nurses actions in response to fire?
R- rescue or remove clients
A-activate the fire alarm system
C-contain the fire by closing windows or doors
E-extinguish flames with fire extinguishers
Congratulations RN!
Relax. The majority of people who take the NCLEX for the first time pass. I believe it's over 80%.
Doing questions help but you must know your core content.
Hurst review is better than Kaplan for learning nursing content because they explain the why. Kaplan just reads to you but they are good at teaching you how to eliminate answer choices. I recommend Hurst.
I recommend Learning Extension, Kaplan for test taking strategies, and Prioritization,Delegation, and Assignment by Linda LaCharity for Delegation questions.
I recommend taking this review course. $1300 sounds like alot for one review course what's the name of it?
It sounds to me like you may be having to take the exam again. Did you find a job?
Studying is going great. I will be taking my NCLEX exam in the upcoming year.
Pearsonvue is the name of the testing center where you take the NCLEX. After you take the NCLEX if you try to re-register for the exam and it lets you go through that means you failed. If you get a pop up telling you to check with your board of nursing for results that means you passed. The best way to confirm if you passed is through NCLEX Quick Results which your board of nursing offers.
@horses2035 your story gives me encouragement!
Congratulaions RN!
Good Luck. I am sure you passed.
