Hello out there. I passed the NCLEX using only this site. I did the questions over and over and over until I was consistently getting 95-100%. I did no less than 150 questions a day. I read all the rationals and I made sure I understood them.  If I didn't I refered to the lesson. I took notes on what I got wrong & kept track of my scores. I also studied extra on all the pharm study lessons & made sure to know common diseases and their appropriate meds/treatments/etiology & associated precautions. I studied extra on basics like appropriate precautions for various diseases. Good luck to all of you, I'm sure you'll be able to do it.  I took the 3 wk course and took the nclex on 1/27/10.
