Hi Annieb,
It sounds to me like you may have a very small monitor/screen and/or perhaps have used the maginfication to make the text larger. In that case you need to be really conscious of using the light blue scroll bars that appear on the right.
When you select your answer the dot turns green and the little numbered card icon at the bottom turns blue.
Also you will see that when you are taking an exam there is a new set of next and previous buttons on the screen right below where it says Question 1 of 150. You must use those buttons not the blue arrow ones at the bottom.

Your scores can be found under My Grades in the Online Campus. The detailed report that is available that the end of a test must be saved or printed at that time. Once you navigate away from the test it is no longer available. Remember you can always retake the test!
If you received and error trying to open these reports, including your Grades or History Report, then you probably need to review the technical requirements and verify that you have a recent version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

I don't get flu shots.

We apologize again to any students who were affected by the technical difficulties we experienced late 10/27/2009 through the early morning hours 10/28/2009 (central timezone). All students who had active courses during the outage have had a full 24 hours added to their course subscriptions.
