1. Once Java is successfully installed, open Java Preferences, located in the Applications folder.
2. Make sure that the "Enable applet plug-in and Web Start Applications" box is checked.
3. Launch Safari, login to the Learning Extension Online Campus again and try to access your course.

, tagged Payment Options and Registration InstructionsFor a full refund due to cancellation prior to the start date of the online course subscription, requests must be communicated in writing by e-mail (elearning@ncsbn.org). Phone calls/messages will not be accepted. NCSBN Learning Extension will confirm your cancellation request within seven business days of your submission/receipt of request.
Refunds for course tuition after the start date of online course subscriptions are not granted, unless the percentage of the online course content completed is below 5% and the request is communicated in writing by e-mail (elearning@ncsbn.org) within one week from the course's start date. Phone calls/messages will not be accepted.
